kris has to upload from the rounds where tck requested, i'll be a bit more lenient thoi because it appears tck has no real reason to ask for him to upload. in samp cup people abused that right every time and people with poor upload speed couldn't upload everything. upload all tho if it's not an issue, but if you got some issues with your upload then its ok

itg if u show some footage showing kris to be suspicious i will make it mandatory, either way people need to stop crying after a loss with 'cheats' if there's nothing there concrete at the time
